Creamy Pasta with Ham
Creamy pasta with bacon or ham for extra flavor. A quick and indulgent French classic.

Ingredients
- 200 g Pasta (Spaghetti or Farfalle)
- 100 g Ham or bacon
- 150 ml Crème fraîche
- 20 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1.5 l Water
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package directions.
Step 2
Meanwhile, sauté the ham or bacon in a pan with butter for 3 minutes.
Step 3
Add the crème fraîche to the pan with the ham, stir, and heat gently without boiling.
Step 4
Drain the pasta and toss it with the cream sauce, mixing well.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve immediately.
