Pasta with Pear and Walnut Cream Sauce
Simple pasta with a rich cream sauce, caramelized pears, and walnuts for texture. A comforting and flavorful dish perfect for sharing.

Ingredients
- 300 g Pasta
- 3 piece Pear
- 200 ml Sour cream
- 100 g Walnuts
- 30 g Butter
- 100 ml Milk
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Reserve the cooking water.
Step 2
Peel and cut the pears into dice. Sauté in a skillet with butter for 4 minutes.
Step 3
Add the sour cream and a splash of milk. Simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Roughly chop the walnuts and add them to the sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Toss the drained pasta with the sauce. Add some pasta water if needed.
