Creamy Lentil Pasta with Crispy Bacon
Creamy pasta with a silky lentil sauce and bacon. An indulgent Italian-inspired dish ready in 30 minutes.

Ingredients
- 350 g Pasta (penne or fusilli)
- 200 g Cooked red lentils
- 100 g Fresh spinach
- 150 g Bacon
- 150 ml Sour cream
- 1.5 L Water
- à volonté pinch Salt
- à volonté pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring water to a boil in a pot. Cook the pasta according to package directions.
Step 2
Cut the bacon into lardons and cook in a skillet until crispy. Set aside.
Step 3
Reduce heat slightly and pour the sour cream into the skillet with the lentils. Mix well.
Step 4
Add the spinach and let it wilt for 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Drain the pasta and toss with the sauce. Top with crispy bacon before serving.
