Pasta with Chocolate and Hazelnut Cream

Ingredients
- 250 g Short pasta
- 100 g Dark chocolate
- 100 ml Sour cream
- 50 g Peanut or hazelnut butter
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1 L Water
- 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil in a pot and cook the pasta according to package directions.
Step 2
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler with the sour cream and hazelnut butter.
Step 3
Add the honey to the chocolate cream and stir well.
Step 4
Drain the pasta and toss with the chocolate cream.
Step 5
Serve hot in individual portions.
