Pasta with Chocolate Cream and Ham

Ingredients
- 250 g Pasta
- 60 g Dark chocolate
- 100 g Ham
- 150 ml Crème fraîche
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 l Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package directions.
Step 2
Cut the ham into small pieces.
Step 3
Melt the chocolate with the crème fraîche over low heat in a saucepan.
Step 4
Add the ham to the chocolate cream and stir.
Step 5
Drain the pasta and toss with the sauce.
Step 6
Season to taste and serve immediately.
