Simplified Carbonara Pasta with Ham, Egg, and Parmesan

Ingredients
- 200 g Pasta
- 150 g Ham
- 2 piece Eggs
- 50 g Grated Parmesan
- 20 g Butter
- 2 L Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil and cook the pasta until al dente

Meanwhile, whisk the eggs with grated Parmesan, salt, and pepper in a bowl
Step 3
Dice the ham and sauté for 2 minutes in butter in a pan
Step 4
Drain the pasta while reserving some cooking water, then pour into the pan with the ham
Step 5
Remove from heat and quickly add the egg-Parmesan mixture, stirring rapidly to create a creamy sauce. Add a splash of pasta water if too thick
