Simplified Pasta Carbonara
A lighter version of classic Italian carbonara where ham and cheese create a creamy sauce without eggs, perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.

Ingredients
- 250 g Pasta
- 150 g Ham
- 100 g Gruyère
- 150 ml Sour cream
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the pasta in a pot of boiling salted water.
Step 2
Meanwhile, dice the ham and grate the Gruyère.
Step 3
In a large skillet, melt the butter and add the sour cream with the ham.
Step 4
Drain the pasta and pour it into the skillet with the sauce.
Step 5
Add the grated Gruyère, mix well, season with pepper, and serve immediately.
