Simplified Carbonara Pasta with Green Salad
A quick Italian classic: pasta tossed with a creamy sauce of ham, egg, and cheese. Served with fresh salad for balance.

Ingredients
- 300 g Pasta
- 150 g Ham
- 100 g Gruyère
- 3 piece Eggs
- 100 ml Crème fraîche
- 100 g Green salad
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the pasta in a pot of salted water according to the time indicated on the package.
Step 2
Meanwhile, cut the ham into strips and grate the Gruyère.
Step 3
In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the crème fraîche, salt, and pepper.
Step 4
Drain the pasta and pour it into a pan with the ham and egg-cream sauce. Mix quickly off the heat to avoid lumps.
Step 5
Sprinkle with grated Gruyère and mix.
Step 6
Prepare the salad: toss the green salad with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Serve with the pasta.
