Simplified Pasta Carbonara
A quick and easy take on Italian carbonara with ham, egg, and Parmesan. Ready in 20 minutes for a delicious dinner.

Ingredients
- 200 g Pasta
- 80 g Ham
- 2 piece Egg
- 60 g Parmesan
- 15 g Butter
- 2 L Water
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 50 ml Crème fraîche
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions.
Step 2
Meanwhile, whisk the eggs with the grated Parmesan, crème fraîche, salt, and pepper.
Step 3
Dice the ham and sauté it in the skillet with butter.
Step 4
Drain the pasta and add it to the ham.
Step 5
Remove from heat and pour the egg and cheese mixture over. Toss quickly and serve immediately.
