Simplified Carbonara Pasta

Ingredients
- 200 g Spaghetti
- 100 g Ham
- 50 g Gruyère
- 2 piece Egg
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions.
Step 2
Dice the ham and grate the Gruyère.
Step 3
In a bowl, beat the eggs with the grated Gruyère, salt, and pepper.
Step 4
Drain the pasta and transfer it to a pan with the ham.
Step 5
Remove from heat and pour the egg mixture in while stirring constantly to prevent the eggs from cooking.
Step 6
Serve immediately with a crack of pepper.
