Simplified Carbonara Pasta
A quick take on classic Italian carbonara with crème fraîche, egg, and ham for a rich and flavorful dish.

Ingredients
- 250 g Pasta
- 150 g Ham
- 150 ml Crème fraîche
- 2 piece Eggs
- 50 g Parmesan
- à volonté Black pepper
- à volonté Salt
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the pasta in salted boiling water according to package directions.
Step 2
Meanwhile, cut the ham into thin strips.
Step 3
In a bowl, mix together the beaten eggs, crème fraîche, and grated Parmesan.
Step 4
Sauté the ham in a pan for 1 minute.
Step 5
Drain the pasta and add it to the pan with the ham.
Step 6
Remove from heat and quickly stir in the egg-cream mixture. Season generously with black pepper.
