Simplified Carbonara Pasta

Ingredients
- 400 g Spaghetti
- 150 g Ham
- 100 g Gruyère shreds
- 3 piece Egg
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions.
Step 2
While cooking, dice the ham into small pieces.
Step 3
Beat the eggs in a bowl with the Gruyère shreds, salt, and pepper.
Step 4
Drain the pasta, reserving a glass of cooking water.
Step 5
Pour the hot pasta into the egg-cheese-ham mixture, add some cooking water to create a sauce.
