Simplified Carbonara Pasta
The iconic Italian recipe reimagined with everyday ingredients: pasta, ham, parmesan and egg. Delicious and ready in 15 minutes.

Ingredients
- 200 g Pasta
- 100 g Ham
- 80 g Parmesan
- 2 piece Egg
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 L Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring the water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to package directions, drain and reserve a glass of pasta water.
Step 2
Cut the ham into small dice. Grate the parmesan. Beat the eggs in a bowl.
Step 3
In a skillet, heat the olive oil and sauté the ham for 2 minutes.
Step 4
Add the hot pasta to the ham. Pour in the beaten eggs and stir quickly while adding pasta water to create a creamy sauce.
Step 5
Stir in the parmesan, season with pepper and serve immediately.
