Simplified Carbonara Pasta

Ingredients
- 200 g Pasta
- 120 g Ham
- 80 g Grated Gruyère
- 2 piece Eggs
- 20 g Butter
- 100 ml Milk
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the pasta in salted water according to package instructions.
Step 2
Meanwhile, cut the ham into small cubes.
Step 3
In a bowl, beat the eggs with the milk, grated Gruyère, salt, and pepper.
Step 4
Melt the butter in a pan and cook the ham for 2 minutes.
Step 5
Drain the pasta and add it to the pan with the ham.
Step 6
Pour the egg-cheese-milk mixture over the hot pasta and stir quickly over low heat until thickened.
