Simple Pasta Carbonara
A straightforward take on the Italian classic. Tender pasta coated in a creamy egg and ham sauce.

Ingredients
- 200 g Pasta
- 100 g Ham
- 2 piece Eggs
- 80 g Parmesan
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 100 ml Sour cream
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the pasta according to package directions in salted boiling water.
Step 2
Meanwhile, dice the ham into small pieces. Whisk the eggs in a bowl with the sour cream and grated Parmesan.
Step 3
Sauté the ham in a skillet with olive oil for 2 minutes.
Step 4
Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet with the ham. Remove from heat.
Step 5
Pour the egg and cream mixture over the pasta and stir quickly to form a creamy sauce. Season and serve.
