Carbonara Pasta Revisited
A French take on the famous carbonara with crème fraîche, ham, eggs, and cheese for a rich and flavorful version.

Ingredients
- 250 g Pasta
- 150 g Ham
- 2 piece Eggs
- 150 ml Crème fraîche
- 60 g Parmesan
- 20 g Butter
- 1 pinch Black pepper
- 1 pinch Salt
- 2 L Water
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package directions.
Step 2
Meanwhile, whisk together the whole eggs, crème fraîche, and Parmesan, then season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Sauté the diced ham in a pan with butter.
Step 4
Drain the pasta and add it directly to the pan with the ham.
Step 5
Remove from heat and pour in the egg-crème mixture while stirring vigorously to cook the eggs using residual heat.
