Revisited Carbonara with Green Salad
A flavorful carbonara with ham and cheese, served with fresh greens. An indulgent yet easy dish to prepare.

Ingredients
- 400 g Spaghetti
- 150 g Ham
- 100 g Grated Parmesan
- 50 g Grated Gruyère
- 3 piece Eggs
- 200 g Lettuce
- 150 g Cherry tomatoes
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the pasta according to package directions in salted boiling water.
Step 2
Cut the ham into small cubes. Whisk the whole eggs in a bowl with the Parmesan and Gruyère.
Step 3
Brown the ham in a pan for 2 minutes.
Step 4
Drain the pasta and add to the pan with the ham. Remove from heat, add the egg and cheese mixture and stir quickly. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Prepare the salad: wash the lettuce and halve the cherry tomatoes. Dress with oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
Step 6
Serve the carbonara pasta with the green salad.
