Homemade Pasta Carbonara
The classic Italian dish with ham and Parmesan, a true indulgence. Creamy and savory sauce in less than 25 minutes.

Ingredients
- 200 g Pasta
- 100 g Ham
- 60 g Parmesan
- 2 piece Eggs
- 2 l Water
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 clove Garlic
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package directions.
Step 2
Cut the ham into small pieces and grate the Parmesan.
Step 3
Beat the eggs with Parmesan, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Step 4
Heat olive oil and sauté the ham for 1 minute.
Step 5
Drain the pasta and add it to the pan with the ham.
Step 6
Pour the egg and Parmesan mixture over, stir quickly off the heat.
