Classic Carbonara Pasta
Authentic carbonara with a creamy sauce and crispy bacon. A delicious and satisfying Italian classic.

Ingredients
- 400 g Spaghetti pasta
- 200 g Ham or bacon
- 100 g Parmesan cheese
- 3 piece Egg
- 100 ml Crème fraîche
- 2 l Water
- 1.5 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions.
Step 2
Dice the ham and cook in a skillet until crispy.
Step 3
Beat the eggs with crème fraîche and grated cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Drain the pasta and add to the skillet with the ham. Remove from heat.
Step 5
Pour the egg mixture over the pasta and mix quickly. Serve immediately.
