Indulgent Carbonara Pasta

Ingredients
- 200 g Pasta
- 120 g Ham
- 80 g Gruyère
- 2 piece Eggs
- 20 g Butter
- à volonté pinch Salt and pepper
- 1 l Water
- 100 ml Crème fraîche
Instructions
Step 1
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
Step 2
Cut the ham into small dice.
Step 3
Sauté the ham in a pan with butter for 2-3 minutes.
Step 4
Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
Step 5
In a bowl, beat the eggs with grated Gruyère and crème fraîche.
Step 6
Drain the pasta and add it to the pan with the ham.
Step 7
Remove from heat and pour in the egg-cheese-cream mixture while stirring constantly.
Step 8
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
