Ingredients
- 400 g Pasta
- 150 g Ham
- 100 g Cheese
- 3 piece Eggs
- 2 L Water
- 20 g Butter
- 8 g Salt
- 3 g Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil and cook pasta according to package directions.
Step 2
Meanwhile, cut ham into cubes and mix eggs, grated cheese, and pepper in a bowl.
Step 3
Brown ham in a skillet with a little butter.
Step 4
Drain pasta, reserving some cooking water.
Step 5
Add hot pasta and cooking water to the ham, then pour the egg-cheese mixture off heat while stirring vigorously.
