Ingredients
- 200 g Pasta
- 150 ml Milk
- 1 tbsp Flour
- 30 g Butter
- 100 g Bacon lardons
- à volonté unit Salt
- à volonté unit Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water.
Step 2
Meanwhile, brown the lardons in a skillet without any fat.
Step 3
Prepare the sauce: make a roux with butter and flour, then gradually add the milk.
Step 4
Drain the pasta and pour it into the skillet with the lardons and sauce.
Step 5
Mix well, season generously with salt and pepper.
