Quick Carbonara Pasta
A simplified but delicious authentic carbonara with ham, eggs, and Parmesan. A Roman classic adapted for everyday cooking.

Ingredients
- 200 g Pasta
- 100 g Ham
- 60 g Parmesan
- 2 piece Eggs
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- à volonté Salt
- à volonté Pepper
- 2 l Water
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package directions.
Step 2
Dice the ham into small cubes.
Step 3
Beat the eggs in a bowl with grated Parmesan, salt, and pepper.
Step 4
Sauté the ham in the pan with oil for 2 minutes.
Step 5
Drain the pasta and add it to the pan with the ham.
Step 6
Remove from heat and quickly stir in the egg mixture to avoid scrambling the eggs.
