Pasta Carbonara with Bacon and Eggs

Ingredients
- 250 g Pasta (spaghetti or penne)
- 150 g Bacon or pancetta
- 3 piece Eggs
- 80 g Parmesan
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 pinch Salt
- 2 l Water
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package directions.
Step 2
Dice the bacon and fry in a skillet until crispy.
Step 3
Whisk the eggs with grated Parmesan and black pepper. Set aside.
Step 4
Drain the pasta, reserving a glass of cooking water. Add the pasta to the skillet with the bacon.
Step 5
Remove from heat and add the egg and Parmesan mixture. Stir vigorously. Add cooking water as needed to achieve a creamy consistency.
