Revisited Bolognese Pasta
A hearty homemade Bolognese with ground chicken and vegetables. A classic Italian dish reimagined for busy weeknights.

Ingredients
- 400 g Chicken
- 150 g Carrot
- 1 piece Apple
- 30 ml Oil
- 400 g Pasta
- 400 g Tomato sauce
- 1 piece Onion
- 2 clove Garlic
- 1 tsp Herbes de Provence
- 5 g Salt
- 2 g Pepper
- 100 g Gruyère
Instructions
Step 1
Bring water to a boil in a pot for the pasta.
Step 2
Finely mince the chicken, carrot, onion, garlic and grate the apple.
Step 3
Heat the oil in a pan and brown the ground chicken until it turns white.
Step 4
Add the minced vegetables and garlic, cook for 3 minutes while stirring.
Step 5
Pour in the tomato sauce and grated apple, add the Herbes de Provence. Simmer for 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 6
Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain.
Step 7
Serve the pasta topped with Bolognese sauce and grated cheese.
