Hearty Bolognese Pasta
A delicious homemade Bolognese sauce made with crushed tomatoes, onion, and Italian herbs, served over fresh pasta and Parmesan cheese.

Ingredients
- 300 g Pasta
- 300 g Ground beef
- 400 g Crushed tomatoes
- 1 piece Onion
- 2 clove Garlic
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 60 g Parmesan
- 1 tsp Italian herbs
- à volonté pinch Salt
- à volonté pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring water to a boil in a pot for the pasta.
Step 2
Finely chop the onion and garlic.
Step 3
Heat the oil in a skillet and brown the ground beef.
Step 4
Add the onion and garlic, sauté for 3 minutes.
Step 5
Pour in the crushed tomatoes, herbs, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 20 minutes.
Step 6
Cook the pasta according to package directions (8-12 minutes).
Step 7
Drain the pasta and toss with the Bolognese sauce.
Step 8
Serve generously topped with grated Parmesan.
