Italian-Style Pasta with Ham, Tomato and Gruyère

Ingredients
- 300 g Pasta
- 150 g Ham
- 400 g Crushed tomatoes
- 100 g Gruyère
- 0.5 piece Onion
- 1 clove Garlic
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to package directions.
Step 2
Chop the onion and garlic, and cut the ham into cubes.
Step 3
Sauté the onion and garlic in a skillet with oil for 2 minutes.
Step 4
Add the crushed tomatoes and ham, let simmer for 8 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Drain the pasta and add it to the sauce.
Step 6
Mix well and serve with grated Gruyère.
