Italian-Style Pasta with Ham, Gruyère and Apple

Ingredients
- 400 g pasta
- 150 g ham
- 120 g Gruyère
- 2 piece apple
- 30 g butter
- 100 ml sour cream
- 2000 ml water
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package directions (approximately 10-12 minutes).
Step 2
Meanwhile, dice the ham, grate the Gruyère and cut the apple into small cubes.
Step 3
Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat. Add the ham and cook until golden, about 2 minutes.
Step 4
Add the apple cubes and cook for 2 minutes.
Step 5
Stir in the sour cream and grated Gruyère. Mix until the cheese melts. Season to taste.
Step 6
Drain the pasta and toss with the sauce. Serve immediately.
