Pasta with Homemade Tomato Sauce
Classic pasta with a simple tomato sauce, garlic and herbs. Delicious without being complicated, the quintessential Italian dish.

Ingredients
- 300 g Pasta
- 400 g Crushed tomatoes
- 2 clove Garlic
- 50 g Parmesan
- 3 cl Olive oil
- 1 tsp Herbes de Provence
- 2 l Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring water to a boil in a saucepan with salt.
Step 2
Finely chop the garlic. Heat the olive oil in a skillet and sauté the garlic for 1 minute.
Step 3
Add the crushed tomatoes and Herbes de Provence. Simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 4
Cook the pasta in the boiling water according to package instructions.
Step 5
Drain the pasta and pour the sauce over it. Mix and serve with grated Parmesan.
