Italian Pasta with Pan-Seared Chicken and Fresh Salad

Ingredients
- 250 g Pasta
- 250 g Chicken
- 100 g Salad
- 200 g Tomatoes
- 2 clove Garlic
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Herbes de Provence
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the pasta in a pot of salted water according to package instructions.
Step 2
Meanwhile, cut the chicken into strips and mince the garlic.
Step 3
Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the chicken for 8-10 minutes until fully cooked.
Step 4
Add the garlic and crushed tomatoes, let cook for 5 minutes.
Step 5
Season with Herbes de Provence, salt and pepper.
Step 6
Drain the pasta and toss with the chicken sauce.
Step 7
Serve with fresh salad on the side.
