Pasta with Oil and Garlic (Aglio e Olio)
A classic Italian dish made simple: spaghetti tossed in olive oil and garlic. Ready in 15 minutes for a comforting meal.

Ingredients
- 200 g Spaghetti
- 6 cl Olive oil
- 3 clove Garlic
- 5 g Salt
- 2 g Pepper
- 2 l Water
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil in a pot.
Step 2
Meanwhile, mince the garlic and sauté it gently in the olive oil in a pan.
Step 3
Cook the spaghetti al dente (approximately 8-10 minutes).
Step 4
Drain the pasta and toss it in the pan with the garlic and oil. Mix well.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper, serve hot.
