Spaghetti with Garlic and Oil (Aglio e Olio)
An ultra-simple Italian classic: spaghetti tossed with olive oil and garlic. Perfect for a no-fuss dinner.

Ingredients
- 200 g Spaghetti
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- 3 clove Garlic
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil in a pot and cook the spaghetti according to package directions.
Step 2
Meanwhile, mince the garlic and sauté it over medium heat in a pan with olive oil until golden.
Step 3
Drain the pasta and add it to the pan with the garlic. Toss well and season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Serve immediately in shallow bowls.
