Asian-Style Pasta with Ham, Egg, and Soy-Honey Sauce

Ingredients
- 200 g Dried pasta
- 100 g Ham
- 2 piece Eggs
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1.5 l Water
- 3 g Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil and cook the pasta until al dente, then drain well.
Step 2
Dice the ham. Heat oil in a pan and cook the ham until crispy, about 3-4 minutes.
Step 3
Add the cooked pasta to the pan with the ham and stir well.
Step 4
In a small bowl, mix soy sauce and honey, then pour over the pasta and toss well.
Step 5
Create a small well in the center, crack the eggs into it, and cook gently for 2-3 minutes. Stir delicately to create a creamy sauce. Season and serve.
