Baked Apple and Sugar Pudding

- 150 g Flour
- 250 ml Milk
- 60 g Sugar
- 3 piece Apple
- 40 g Chocolate
- 20 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Prepare a batter by mixing flour, milk, sugar, and salt until thick.
Step 2
Peel and thinly slice the apples.
Step 3
Pour the batter into a buttered dish. Arrange the apples on top and sprinkle with grated chocolate.
Step 4
Bake for 35 minutes until the top is golden and the batter is cooked through.
