- 150 g Flour
- 300 ml Milk
- 30 g Sugar
- 2 piece Apple
- 20 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
Step 1
Mix flour, sugar and salt in a bowl. Make a well in the center and gradually pour in the milk.
Step 2
Whisk well to create a smooth batter without lumps. Let rest for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Cook the apples in a skillet with butter until caramelized (5 minutes).
Step 4
Heat a buttered skillet, pour in the batter, cook 2 minutes per side until golden.
