Pasta with Carrots, Chocolate and Walnuts
An original Italian pasta where sautéed carrots combine with walnuts and a hint of grated chocolate for a surprising sweet and savory flavor.

Ingredients
- 200 g Flour
- 300 g Carrots
- 80 g Walnuts
- 30 g Dark chocolate
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 1.5 l Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the flour in boiling salted water for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Meanwhile, cut the carrots into thin batons.
Step 3
Sauté the carrots in oil in a pan for 5 minutes with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Chop the walnuts and grate the chocolate.
Step 5
Mix the cooked pasta with the carrots, walnuts and chocolate.
Step 6
Serve immediately with a drizzle of olive oil.
