Sweet Almond and Honey Tart Crust

Ingredients
- 200 g Flour
- 80 g Sugar
- 120 g Cold butter
- 1 piece Egg
- 30 g Honey
- 50 g Ground almonds
- 1 pinch Salt
- 0.5 tsp Vanilla
Instructions
Step 1
Mix flour, sugar, ground almonds, salt, and vanilla together.
Step 2
Cut cold butter into cubes and incorporate into flour mixture by rubbing with fingertips until breadcrumb texture forms.
Step 3
Beat egg with honey and add to mixture.
Step 4
Gently knead until a homogeneous ball forms. Wrap and let rest for 30 minutes.
Step 5
Roll out dough on a sheet and blind bake at 190°C for 25 minutes.
