Basic Crêpe Batter

Ingredients
- 150 g Flour
- 2 pieces Eggs
- 350 ml Milk
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
Step 1
Mix the flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl.

Make a well in the center, add the eggs, then gradually pour in the milk while whisking.
Step 3
Add the oil and mix well until you have a smooth batter.
Step 4
Let rest for 5 minutes.
Step 5
Cook in an oiled pan or crêpe maker, 1 minute per side.
