Crispy Parmesan with Apples and Ham (Revisited Asian Galette)
An irresistible sweet and savory fusion dish: white bread toasted in the oven topped with crispy cheese, ham and sautéed apples for an original dinner.

Ingredients
- 8 slice White bread
- 120 g Cheese
- 100 g Ham
- 2 piece Apple
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 0.5 tsp Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 200°C. Arrange the bread slices on a baking sheet.
Step 2
Peel and thinly slice the apples. Sauté the apples in butter in a pan for 4-5 minutes until lightly caramelized, then set aside.
Step 3
Cut the ham into small pieces. Grate the cheese.
Step 4
On each bread slice, layer some ham, then the sautéed apples, then the grated cheese and a drizzle of honey.
Step 5
Bake for 8-10 minutes until the cheese is golden and crispy. Serve hot.
