Cheese Bread
A delightful Brazilian savory-sweet, gluten-free bread made with cheese and cassava flour. Perfect as an appetizer or breakfast treat.

Ingredients
- 250 g cassava flour
- 200 g grated hard cheese
- 2 piece egg
- 100 ml whole milk
- 60 g butter
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C.

In a saucepan, heat the milk with the butter until melted.
Step 3
Pour the warm milk over the cassava flour and mix.
Step 4
Let rest for 5 minutes, then add the beaten eggs, grated cheese, salt, and sugar.

Mix well until you have a homogeneous batter.
Step 6
Form small balls with your hands and place them on a buttered baking sheet.
Step 7
Bake for 20 minutes until the breads are puffed and golden.
