Grilled Paneer Tikka with Peppers and Onions
Cubes of paneer marinated in tandoori spices, grilled with colorful bell peppers and onions. An irresistibly aromatic vegetarian Indian classic.

Ingredients
- 250 g Paneer
- 3 tbsp Plain yogurt
- 1 piece Red bell pepper
- 1 piece Red onion
- 2 tsp Tandoori spice mix
- 1 tbsp Lime juice
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the paneer into 2 cm cubes. Mix the yogurt, tandoori spices, and lime juice. Coat the paneer and marinate for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Cut the bell pepper into large chunks and the onion into thick wedges.
Step 3
Thread the paneer, peppers, and onions onto skewers. Grill on a hot grill for 4-5 minutes on each side.
Step 4
Serve the skewers golden brown with a squeeze of fresh lime.
