Paneer Tikka with Bell Peppers and Onions
Cubes of paneer marinated in tikka spices, seared in a skillet with colorful bell peppers and melting onions. A vibrant and protein-rich Indian dish ready in 25 minutes.

Ingredients
- 250 g Paneer
- 1 piece Red bell pepper
- 1 piece Onion
- 2 tbsp Plain yogurt
- 2 tsp Tikka masala spices
- 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp Lime juice
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the paneer into 2 cm cubes. Mix with the yogurt and tikka masala spices. Slice the bell pepper into strips and the onion into half-rings.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a large skillet over high heat. Sear the marinated paneer cubes for 3-4 minutes, turning them to brown each side. Set aside.
Step 3
In the same skillet, sauté the onion and bell pepper over medium-high heat for 5 minutes until tender.
Step 4
Return the paneer, drizzle with lime juice, toss everything together, and serve hot.
