Grilled Paneer with Spinach and Garlic Mushrooms
Grilled paneer slices served over a bed of sautéed spinach and garlic mushrooms. A protein-rich fusion dish packed with flavor.

Ingredients
- 250 g paneer
- 150 g spinach leaves
- 150 g button mushrooms
- 3 clove garlic
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp ground cumin
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the paneer into 1 cm slices. Slice the mushrooms and mince the garlic.
Step 2
Brush the paneer with olive oil and cumin. Grill on a hot grill for 3 minutes on each side.
Step 3
In a skillet with the remaining oil, sauté the garlic for 30 seconds, add the mushrooms and cook for 4 minutes. Add the spinach and cook until wilted.
Step 4
Arrange the spinach and mushrooms on plates, top with grilled paneer, and serve.
