Grilled Paneer Greek-Style with Cucumber and Olives
Herb-marinated paneer cubes, grilled until golden and served with a fresh salad of cucumber, tomatoes, and olives. A refreshing blend of Mediterranean flavors.

Ingredients
- 250 g Paneer
- 1 piece Cucumber
- 2 pieces Tomatoes
- 50 g Black olives
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Dried oregano
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the paneer into 2cm cubes. Cut the cucumber into half-slices and the tomatoes into quarters.
Step 2
Brush the paneer with olive oil and sprinkle with oregano. Grill on a hot grill for 3-4 minutes on each side.
Step 3
Toss the cucumber, tomatoes, and olives together with a drizzle of olive oil.
Step 4
Arrange the fresh salad on a plate and top with the grilled paneer cubes. Serve immediately.
