Pancakes with Caramelized Pears
Fluffy golden pancakes topped with tender caramelized pears cooked in a skillet. The perfect breakfast or brunch.

Ingredients
- 250 g Flour
- 350 ml Milk
- 3 piece Pear
- 50 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 50 ml Water
Instructions
Step 1
Mix flour, salt, milk and water to form a smooth batter.
Step 2
Peel and cut the pears into small pieces.
Step 3
Melt 20g of butter in a skillet and cook the pears for 7 minutes until caramelized.
Step 4
Cook the pancakes in the skillet with the remaining butter, 2-3 minutes per side.
Step 5
Plate the pancakes and top with the caramelized pears.
