Ingredients
- 6 slices White bread
- 2 piece Eggs
- 100 ml Milk
- 30 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl, beat the eggs with the milk, salt and pepper.
Step 2
Quickly dip each bread slice into the mixture, coating both sides.
Step 3
Melt the butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 4
Cook the slices for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
