Sweet and Savory French Toast with Apples

Ingredients
- 8 slice Bread
- 2 piece Apple
- 2 piece Egg
- 150 ml Milk
- 30 g Honey
- 2 g Cinnamon
- 30 g Butter
- 20 g Sugar
Instructions
Step 1
Whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, and cinnamon.
Step 2
Quickly dip each bread slice into the egg mixture on both sides.
Step 3
Melt 15g of butter in a pan and brown the slices for 3 minutes on each side.
Step 4
Peel and slice the apples thinly. Caramelize in the pan with 15g of butter and honey for 4 minutes.
Step 5
Serve the French toast hot with the caramelized apples on top.
