Ingredients
- 6 slices Sandwich bread
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 100 ml Water
- 20 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl, mix the water and sugar until dissolved.
Step 2
Quickly dip each slice of bread on both sides into the sweet mixture.
Step 3
Melt the butter in the pan over medium-high heat.
Step 4
Brown the soaked bread slices for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
