Sweet French Toast
A classic French preparation: sandwich bread soaked in a sweet custard mixture and cooked until golden. Crispy outside, soft inside.

Ingredients
- 4 slice Sandwich bread
- 2 piece Eggs
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 100 ml Milk
- 20 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
Step 1
Whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, and a pinch of salt in a bowl
Step 2
Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat
Step 3
Quickly dip each bread slice in the egg mixture, coating both sides
Step 4
Cook 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown
