Simplified Pad Thai with Vegetables
An Asian-style stir-fried rice with chicken, vegetables, and Southeast Asian flavors. A few simple added ingredients make for a satisfying plate.

Ingredients
- 400 g Chicken
- 2 piece Carrots
- 200 g Broccoli
- 400 g Cooked white rice
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 2 tbsp Oil
- à volonté Salt
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the chicken into small cubes and slice the vegetables into thin strips.
Step 2
Heat the oil in the pan and brown the chicken for 4-5 minutes. Add the vegetables and cook for 3 minutes.
Step 3
Add the cooked rice, soy sauce, honey, and garlic powder. Stir well and cook for 3-4 minutes. Season with salt to taste.
